Owner/Director

Jennifer, M.A., BCBA, has been working in the field of ABA specializing in autism since 2007. She began her career with New Beginnings, Gramon Family of Schools. She earned her Teacher of Students with Disabilities and K-5 elementary certification from Bloomfield College in 2008. She worked as a teacher for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder from ages 5 to 11 in the public-school setting for 10 years. Jennifer continued her studies with the Florida Institute of Technology's Graduate Professional Development Program and earned her Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Certification in 2014. She further pursued her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification in December 2021. Jennifer implements the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis into individualized programming for clients with autism spectrum disorder ages 3-21 in the home setting.  Jennifer spent five years as partners in an ABA consultant company and now is using her prior experience as a Co-Director to purse her personal vision with Step By Step ABA Services.
